Awake, This night has lost its charm
Flights of heightened ecstasy,
Awash in the muddy banks of impotence.
Despair.

Deep within this hazy citadel,
Lies the forest of enchantment
Blinded by the senses,
Treasures remain undug, Tales remain untold.

Oh, To unseal these gates, To release the tempests.
Mythical maiden of the lost tribes,
Show me yet, the door to the high priest
Catch me now, this wanderer is falling.

Comfort lies in an island of thought
Eternity awaits and chance beckons.
This levee will break
Break on through to the other side.
